I was born and raised in New Ulm, Minnesota and graduated from New Ulm High School. I moved to Mankato in 1979 where I met my husband Mel. We were married in 1980 and have three grown daughters, Sadie, Hannah and Aubrey.
Previously I did daycare for 10 years, foster care for Blue Earth County for about 10 year and I also worked in an Early Childhood Special Education classroom for several years before coming to Old Main Village.
I enjoy reading, decorating, photography, card making, scrap booking, motorcycle riding, and most importantly spending time with family and friends.
I am so glad I came to Old Main Village in August of 2005. It is a wonderful place to work where you are surrounded by great co-workers and residents!
Old Main Village is the place to be
Many smiles in every corner you’ll see
Like one big happy family we are.
If you’re in need of help, you don’t have to look far.
A retirement community is what we be.
No better place to live or work, just come and you shall see.
