Staying in Touch

Communications between residents and staff is essential and we make every effort to stay in touch with residents on a frequent basis. Monthly Village Meetings are organized, connecting residents with key staff members to discuss current issues within the community. In addition, a Resident Council comprised of and elected by residents meet each month with management as spokespeople for the greater population

We also invite and encourage family members to attend our many activities and events along with their resident family members. Old Main Village is a community of vibrant activity and we enjoy having family members participate with us in as many events and activities as they are able. Family members make a significant contribution to our community life at Old Main Village.

Each month we publish both a newsletter and calendar, detailing our schedule of activities. These are available to both residents and family members. Please request them if you are not receiving them.

We value family members, and encourage them to communicate with us at any time regarding community programs, activities, special events or simply to see how their family member is doing.
